Foundation Systems offers exterior waterproofing from footer to sill.

Footer-To-Grade

We apply our Tuff-N-Dri® XTS system by Tremco Barrier Solutions (TBS) to the foundation wall. Our Tuff-N-Dri® XTS combines a sprayed on elastic membrane with R10, R5 or R3 value drainage / insulation barrier board.

The barrier board not only relieves the hydrostatic pressure on the wall, but drains water and insulates as well.

The Tuff-N-Dri ® XTS system provides our customers with the peace of mind knowing that their basement is guaranteed to be dry and warm for the life of the home (see Warranty links below right). 

Grade-to-Sill

We apply our Horizon coating by TBS from grade to sill. Horizon coating not only adds an attractive, durable, UV-resistant finish to the exposed foundation wall, but also provides a needed layer of waterproofing protection to the home.  Head pressure is no longer an issue above grade!

Total Package

When we apply both the Tuff-N-Dri ® XTS system and the Horizon coating - the ENTIRE basement is guaranteed to be dry for the life of the home!

Above Grade Sealants for Brick & Masonry Stone.

Leaks can also occur in basements just below grade level. Water penetrates exposed brick and masonry stone and channels its way down the upper basement block. The sealing process begins with cleaning the area to be treated, then applying the customer's selection of one of Foundations Systems' sealants. The sealants greatly aid in repelling water, helping to ensure a completely dry basement.
